Your resume is a supplemental document to your Profile. Your Profile is the primary document we review and it needs to be filled out completely. The good news is that you only need to complete your Profile once. You can always update your Profile any time you need to make changes.

Your resume can be copied into your Profile.

Your resume should:

Be specific and factual.
List educational background with degree attained. Or provide the number of courses you’ve completed if you haven’t completed a degree.
List certificates and licenses if they’re relevant.
Describe all work experiences including specific duties and responsibilities.
Use sufficient key words to describe your skills, education, experience and coursework.
One or two pages should be enough.
